over 20 years, and has been active in sales since 1994 As the broker
for Corder Real Estate since 1996, Melinda has always taken pride in

naturally to Melinda, as she assisted in thousands of surgical
procedures, as a surgical technician at DCH Regional Medical Center
in the 20 years prior to her sales career. Melinda says, "My

After graduating from Judson College, I taught elementary school
before working in my family's furniture business for 17 years. Since
obtaining my real estate license in 1994 I have earned my GRI

Born in
Birmingham, raised in Tuscaloosa County and educated in both. Angel
Corder can make your homeownership dreams a reality. Whether those

Angel was born in Birmingham and raised in Tuscaloosa
County where she was able to experienced both a locally private
school here in Tuscaloosa and attended High School in Birmingham.
She began to call Tuscaloosa home when she decided to attend the
University of Alabama and pursued a degree in Human and
Environmental Sciences with an emphasis in Interior Design. Once
she obtained her degree, she went into her family business –
cabinetry – where she was able to use some of her interior design
knowledge to help design efficient and modern kitchens for the
ever-evolving needs of Consumers. While in College, Angel met Blake
Corder and they married in 2004. They decided to reside in
Tuscaloosa, where she pursued Real Estate Sales as a career, still
being able to use her talents assisting The Builders Group of West
Alabama with their new home interiors.
Being motivated to help and serve the community along
with keeping up with the changing Real Estate market she has sold
many new and existing homes, thus establishing herself as a young

Rebekah was born in Andalusia, Alabama, and is one of four sisters.
She moved to Tuscaloosa in 2001 to pursue a degree in Food and
Nutrition at the University of Alabama. After graduation, she has
worked in dietetics as well as real estate. Either way her passion
in life is working with and helping others. Rebekah began her real
estate career working as the sales agent for a condominium
conversion project in Tuscaloosa. She has been with Corder Real
Estate since 2007. She enjoys going to the beach and spending time
